Manuka Biotech was founded in 2020 by Dr. Lai Zhouwen and is headquartered in Kulai, Johor, Malaysia. The company's core focus is on the research, development, and production of fatty acid derived solutions.
The company's factory in China features state-of-the-art facilities dedicated to producing long-, medium-, and short-chain fatty acids. Pioneering achievements include successfully synthesizing sodium butyrate for the first time in China and becoming the first facility in China to launch water-soluble microencapsulated fat powder and its MCT series of animal feeds.
With over 20 years of experience in the production of butyrate salt in Malaysia and its applications, we continue to innovate in areas such as tributyrin and omega-3 supplements. Currently, Manuka Biotech is managed by a team of experienced and dedicated employees, supported by a skilled team in China—the foundation of our global expansion strategy.
